شرکت تولیدی تاشا Tasha Manufacturing Company تولید کننده تجهیزات صنعت نفت و گاز که در اهواز واقع است، نیازمند مدیر تولید یا Production Manager با شرایط زیر است:
The Role (نقش)
Main Objective (اهداف اصلی)
Plan, direct, or coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications.
Main Responsibilities (مسئولیتهای اصلی):
– Review processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, or duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
– Develop or implement production tracking or quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, or other operational reports, to detect production problems.
– Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
– Hire, train, evaluate, or discharge staff or resolve personnel grievances.
– Coordinate or recommend procedures for facility or equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines.
Requirements (شرایط متقاضی)
–Minimum of 7 years of related work experience at an Oil & Gas Equipment manufacturer.
-Bachelor’s Degree and above.
– Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
– Knowledge of management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
– Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
– Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Skills:
– Critical Thinking — using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
– Monitoring — Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
– Coordination — adjusting actions in relation to others’ actions.
– Time Management — managing one’s own time and the time of others.
– Management of Personnel Resources — Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
